The mission of the Business Affairs Talent Development program is to build future leaders for Stanford through active development of our internal talent.
The Talent Development Program (TDP) focuses on providing a framework of exposure, education, and experience (the three E’s) to promote leadership and career development for high performing/high potential Business Affairs staff.
